Founder Marcus Reynolds had spent years perfecting his dry-rub technique, sourcing local herbs, and experimenting with smoke profiles that most restaurants never even consider. When friends started showing up uninvited just to eat his wings, he knew he was onto something special.

The Backyard Beginning
Marcus Reynolds hosts a neighborhood cookout in West Chicago. His signature dry-rub wings vanish within minutes. Guests start requesting them by name. The Wing Snob concept is unofficially born.
First Pop-Up, First Sellout
Wing Snob launches as a pop-up at local farmers markets and food events across DuPage County. Every single event sells out within the first two hours. A waitlist begins forming.
Opening the Flagship Location
Wing Snob opens its first brick-and-mortar restaurant at 200 W North Ave, West Chicago. Opening day sees a line around the block. The local press calls it "the most anticipated food opening of the year."
Sauce Lab Launches
We dedicate a full kitchen station exclusively to sauce R&D — the Wing Snob Sauce Lab. This initiative produces 12 new flavors, including our cult-favorite Honey Bourbon Blaze and the Nuclear Ghost Pepper sauce.
Delivery & Community Care

Priya keeps the engine running. With a background in restaurant management and supply chain logistics, she ensures every location delivers the same Wing Snob experience — without exception.
Deon Carter
The alchemist. Deon oversees all 30+ Wing Snob sauce formulas and leads the R&D program responsible for our seasonal specials. His Honey Bourbon Blaze sauce has its own cult following.
